What we collect

This website collects only the following:

• Appointment and contact form: your name, phone number, and any free text you choose to write in the “your complaint” field.
• Technical record: the IP address of the connection at the moment you submit the form. This is kept only to prevent misuse and automated submissions.

The complaint field is optional. You do not have to describe your medical condition there; a name and a phone number are enough to arrange an appointment.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed only to respond to your appointment request and contact you. The legal basis is KVKK art. 5/2-(c) — necessary for a request you made — and art. 5/2-(f), legitimate interest. Submitting the form means you agree to be contacted for this purpose.

Your data is not used for marketing, advertising or profiling, and is never sold or rented to third parties.

Transfers

Data is stored with the hosting provider that runs this site. Apart from that it is not shared with any third party unless required by law. Where a competent public authority makes a lawful request, disclosure may be made within the relevant legislation.

Retention

Appointment requests are kept for a reasonable period after the request is concluded — in case it needs to be reviewed again, and against possible disputes — and are then deleted. You may ask for deletion earlier.

Cookies and third-party content

The site uses no tracking cookies beyond those strictly necessary for it to work. Videos on the gallery page are hosted on YouTube; the player loads only when you click a video, and a privacy-enhanced domain is used. The map on the contact page is served by Google Maps. When you open that content, the provider’s own privacy policy also applies.

Your rights under KVKK art. 11

You may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information if it is,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request erasure or destruction,
• Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
• Object to a result reached against you solely by automated analysis,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Changes to this notice

This notice is updated whenever the data collected on the site changes. The current version is always published on this page.
